Facility Use

If you are interested in using our facilities, please refer to the following steps and documentation to start the Facility Use request.

STEP 1

Submit Facility Use Agreement electronic application 15 days prior to the event.

 
STEP 2

If the facility is available, the school will forward the request to the Facilities and Construction Department for District approval.

 
STEP 3

For final approval, SUSD requires an acceptable Certificate of Insurance from the requesting party listing Sanger Unified School District, its officers, board members, employees and volunteers as “additional insured”.

 
STEP 4

The appropriate charges will be invoiced to your group after the event is held.

 
STEP 5
